1. Shipping Locations
1.1. Bounce2Play offers shipping services to customers within Cyprus and to international destinations.

1.2. For customers within Cyprus, we provide the option to choose either “Order and Collect at Courier Point” or “Ship to Home.”

1.3. For customers with IP addresses indicating they are located abroad, we ship via Cyprus Post to international destinations.
2. Shipping Methods and Fees
Domestic Shipping (Within Cyprus)
Order and Collect at Courier Point: Customers can choose to collect their orders from a designated courier point. This option may have a reduced or waived shipping fee, depending on the courier and location.

Ship to Home: For customers who prefer to have their orders delivered to their homes, standard shipping fees apply. Shipping fees may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
International Shipping (Outside of Cyprus)
For international orders, we exclusively use Cyprus Post for shipping. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination, package size, weight, and any applicable customs duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs-related charges imposed by their respective countries.
3. Shipping Timeframes
3.1 The estimated shipping times for domestic and international orders will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that these estimates are approximate, and actual delivery times may vary based on factors such as the destination, customs clearance, and any unforeseen delays.
4. Order Processing and Shipment
4.1 Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated during the checkout process.
 
4.2 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). Please use the provided tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.
