1. Refund Eligibility
1.1. At Bounce2Play, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that there may be situations where you may need to request a refund. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.
2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:


Customized or Personalized Products: Products that have been customized or personalized with specific designs, text, or features cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Downloadable Products: Digital products, such as eBooks, software, or digital gift cards, are non-refundable.

3. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet one of the following criteria:


Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect Product: If you receive an incorrect product that differs from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you or provide a refund.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of placing the order. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund. If the order has been processed or shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team by email at contact@bounce2play.com and provide your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation or images.
  • Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the product if necessary.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 21 business days.
5. Return Shipping
5.1 If you are required to return a product for a refund, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please follow the return instructions provided by our Customer Service team.
